Before joining The Zadeh Firm as an attorney, Shea Allard took an unconventional path on his journey to the legal profession. After a standout collegiate career at the University of Delaware, Shea initially chased a pro football dream that included a stint with the Green Bay Packers and mini camps with NFL teams including the Chiefs, Vikings, and Panthers. Following his time in sports, he jumped into Boston's blossoming tech scene, where he learned to tackle complex problems with limited resources, before making a bold decision in 2021: swapping New England for Texas to pursue law school at Texas A&M School of Law.

Shea’s repeated willingness to bet on himself and his future led to this cross-country leap, and Shea brought his ambitious drive and sharp thinking to The Zadeh Firm, joining as an intern in 2022 while earning his law degree. Today, his unique background shows exactly what his clients get—someone who combines drive, grit, and real-world know-how in every case. As a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Shea fits right in with the seasoned litigation team at the Zadeh Firm, where he fights for good people when bad things happen.
